I’m Kerry, the heart behind Sunday Honey
This project began in a season of grief, after I lost my dad in 2022, and it quietly reshaped the way I understood healing, connection, and what it means to feel held. What carried me wasn’t just therapy or frameworks - it was friendship, shared stories, laughter, and those small, human moments that made life feel possible again.
Sunday Honey is my love letter to that feeling. A place where we can slow down, feel seen, and sit with both the messy and the beautiful. Where mind, body, and soul get to be in the same room, and curiosity feels kinder than self-criticism.
I wanted to create a corner of the world that feels like a Sunday morning, soft, reflective, a little playful. A place to find connection, learn something new, and maybe even giggle along the way.
